Mission and Vision

Modernizing infrastructure. Equipping the campus, laboratories, and libraries with modern technology. Introducing the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Establishing digital education centers that support a scientific, creative, and innovative environment.

Implementation stages.

Stage 1 (2025-2026): Analyzing the current state of the university, identifying priority areas, improving academic programs based on the programs of TOP-300 higher education institutions in international ranking systems, creating a legal and organizational framework for implementing the main directions of the concept, updating information systems and electronic platforms, strengthening cybersecurity and protecting databases, modernizing student housing and sports and cultural facilities, and creating an inclusive environment.

Stage 2 (2027-2028): Fully introducing innovative academic programs, research centers, and digital platforms, digitalizing 80% of services through information systems, increasing the campus convenience index (student satisfaction index) to 90%, creating modern laboratories, classrooms, and workplaces, expanding international cooperation, training faculty members according to international standards, establishing cooperation with international accreditation agencies and organizations, and developing academic programs in information and communication technologies, healthcare, business, and management in accordance with the requirements of international accreditation agencies.

Stage 3 (2029-2030): Including the university in international rankings, obtaining international accreditation for academic programs, fully establishing a quality management system, evaluating performance and ensuring sustainable development, creating campus parks, technoparks, and incubators, and increasing the share of foreign investors in total funding to 25%.

Expected results: The university will secure its place in international rankings (QS, THE, and others). The number of research projects and innovative developments will increase. Professors, teachers, and students will gain digital literacy, creativity, and entrepreneurship skills. The university will raise the share of internationally accredited programs to 70%. The educational process will become a digitally and environmentally efficient system. The university will become a competitive scientific and educational center integrated with society, industry, and the public sector.
